Are a very good mix First of all there are many new CD's by good punk bands this summer. (Pseudo/New-Style Punk Included) Bouncing Souls - The Gold Record AFI - Decemberunderground Good Riddance - My Republic Rise Against - The Sufferer And The Witness Underoath - Define The Great Line Flogging Molly - Whiskey On A Sunday Living End - State Of Emergency Also there is a really good line-up for warped tour this year which I will have to miss.

Underoath is Christian Rock (or, so-called "christian hardcore"), not punk. You forgot My Republic (Good Riddance) and likely some others which aren't coming to mind at the moment.

Underoath, it is true, is "Christian Hardcore", however, Relient K is also "Christian Punk" and they are still considered punk rock by many. bazarov, I appreciate your trying to keep everyone posting under the correct genres, but seriously, I don't want anyone to feel bound by what the genre is called. Classifying a band is not always as easy as black and white, and as long as your decision isn't way out there (such as posting Panic! at the Disco in Classic Rock) it really doesn't matter. If King Alvarez or myself feel a move is necessary, it will happen - I assure you. Thanks for your efforts, though.

I just don't like Christian bands being classified as part of generally good genres, that's all.

For the record, I had not missed Good Riddance's My Republic. It is the third one down. Between AFI and Rise Against.
And yes Underoath isn't a punk band, but oh well, I listed it. It was late and I wasn't thinking too hard.
